Shipping Services, Delivery Times and Costs

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. Depending on your destination, we offer DHL Standard or DHL Express or both services.

The following chart shows which of the services is available for each country, their estimated delivery times and shipping costs.
please note, that you have to add 2-3 business days to the delivery time if one of the purchased items is coming from external stock.

Customers from the UK:

Due to Brexit, high import duties and taxes are charged when orders are shipped from the EU to the UK. You are welcome to order by email, please contact us directly at hello@mbaetz.com.

Delivery times

The goods will be delivered within the delivery time stated in the chart above according to the chose shipping service as long as no other delivery time is expressed in the item descriptions. If you chose the payment method Wire Transfer, then you have to add the time your funds need to arrive at our bank account to the delivery time stated above. Please also note, that there won't be shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a one common package, when we all items together, unless we have made alternative agreements with you.

Delivery to packing stations

We also ship to packing stations or post offices. In gerneral, you just need the number of the packing station and your personal postal number. If you have further question, please consult your local postal office.

Shipping without shoe box / with high-quality linen bag

From an ecological point of view and the obligation to sustainability, we try to send in such a way that no unnecessary shipping packaging is necessary. That's why we sometimes exchange a shoe box for a high-quality linen bag.

DHL GoGreen - CO2 compensated shipping service

Mbaetz ships all orders as GoGreen packages in order to compensate for the CO2 emissions of the transport. More information at DHL GoGreen.

Shipping for customers to Switzerland with meineinkauf.ch

For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend you to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken over by MeinEinkauf.ch for a fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and at a reasonable price. You will find all information at MeinEinkauf.ch.
