How can I ask a question about one certain product?

You can find many helpful informations by reading the product description, placed on each product site. If you still have questions, just use the contact form we provide on any product page.

I need a consultation. How can I get in contact you?

The best way to contact us, is by e-mail. Should you require a phone call, please send us an email with your phone number and suggest a convenient contact time. We will then contact you as soon as we can. Of course you may also visit us personally at our store in Erfurt, Germany.

What payment options are available to me?

You can find all possible payment options looking at our payment terms.

Do you send by DHL?

Yes, exclusively. For further informations regarding shipping, please have a look at our shipping information.

Can i return shoes if they don´t fit?

Of course - it is part of our service to enable easy returns. All details regarding returns for domestic and international customers can be found in the return information.

Do customers from non-EU countries have to pay VAT?

If the delivery address is outside the EU, the purchase in our online shop is automatically exempt from VAT.

We have no influence on duties, fees or taxes that you need to pay for importing goods into the destination country.

I have ordered from you, but haven´t received any confirmation by e-mail. What happened?

Please take a look in your spam folder. Sometimes our emails end up there. If this is not the case, please send us a short info email to hello[at]mbaetz.com so we can take care of it promptly.

I have ordered from you (and received a confirmation via e-mail), but something went wrong with my payment via PayPal or credit card. What shall I do now?

Please write us an e-mail with a precise error description and your contact data. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. 

Can I order shoes now, but have them delivered later (eg due to holiday plans)?

No problem. Please contact us by e-mail in this case.

I have problems with shoes that I ordered from you. What can I do?

Send us an e-mail to hello[at]mbaetz.com, in which you briefly describe your problem. Images are of course ideal, so that we can better understand and respond adequately to the situation.

My shoes need to be professionally repaired. Can I turn to you for help?

No problem. Many of our manufacturers offer the possibility of repairs in their own factories. So, for example, we can offer new soles for Trippen and Loints. We also work in Erfurt together with a very capable, passionate shoemaker who happens to find a good solution for just about every problem. Just contact us by email: hello[at]mbaetz.com and please add some pictures of the problem.

How can I find your store?

Our boutique is located in Marktstr. 27, 99084 Erfurt. That's right at Domplatz (Cathedral Square). Here you can find further informations regarding our store and team.

Do you have the same make of shoes in your store as in the online shop?

Yes, the makes are the same. The sizes available are the same in the store as online.
Price reduced articles can be found only at typical sales times in our shop (please see our newsletter).

Do I get a discount if I buy more pairs of shoes?

We are very pleased indeed that you like our shoes. We are continually striving to find new, successful shoe designs which match our high quality standards. Please understand that we make no discounts or premiums for this reason. We prefer to orientate ourselves towards better service and quality.

Can I delete my customer account in the online shop?

Of course, you can delete your customer account in the online shop of MBaetz. To delete the customer account, please send an email to hello@mbaetz.com. We will then delete your customer account as requested. Please note that it is not possible to restore the data in your customer account.
